Instagram connects from Your account, Networks, with the Connect button: it takes you to Instagram, you grant the two permissions there, and you come back with your handle in view. The account has to be professional. See the Instagram connection guide.

How social network connections work
Instagram and LinkedIn are the current direct connections. Other networks use the download path until their integrations arrive.
LinkedIn connects the same way: Your account, Networks, Connect. You grant the permission on LinkedIn and come back with your name in view. The piece is published on your profile, and a one-slide piece goes out as an image while two or more go out as a PDF, which is the LinkedIn carousel. See the LinkedIn connection guide.
