The agreement between you and us, written plainly. By using The Agentcy, you agree to these terms.
The Agentcy is provided by Kaizer LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a registered address at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex. In these terms, we and us mean Kaizer LLC.
Effective August 29, 2026.
The Agentcy is a workspace for designing, scheduling, and publishing social content. Your AI agent connects through MCP and writes each piece as validated data. You review, edit, and decide what gets published.
The agent is yours and runs on your side. We do not provide or pay for the model. We store and render your pieces with our code and send them to a network only when instructed.
You must be an adult under the law that applies to you. The information you provide must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Plan Studio renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel from Billing in your account and keep access through the period already paid for. We do not prorate or refund the current month unless a failure on our side requires it.
Prices may change. We will notify you before a new price applies to your next charge. Stripe processes payments; we do not see your full card details.
You keep ownership of your brand, copy, photos, assets, and pieces. We do not claim ownership over what you upload or create.
You grant us only the technical permission needed to operate the product: store, validate, render, export, and publish your content to accounts you connected when you or your agent request it.
You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or publish.
We may suspend or close an account used for prohibited activity. We will explain why by email unless the law prevents us from doing so.
When you connect Instagram, you are also using Meta under its own terms. We publish with your token only when you or your agent request it.
Third-party platforms can change their rules or permissions. We will adapt as quickly as we reasonably can, but cannot guarantee that an external integration will remain available forever.
Reach is an optional browser script that runs with your Instagram session open. It automates actions and collects follower information. That use may violate Meta's terms, including its Instagram Terms and Automated Data Collection Terms.
Meta may limit actions, suspend, or close your account. The Agentcy does not control those decisions, guarantee that the account will avoid enforcement, or reverse a Meta action. If you use Reach, you accept that risk and remain responsible for the account, configuration, and actions performed.
The Agentcy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. To the extent permitted by law, Kaizer LLC is not liable for limits, suspension, closure, loss of access, or other harm caused by Meta applying its rules to your use of Reach.
Before copying the script, you must accept this risk. Read the Instagram Terms and Meta Automated Data Collection Terms before using it.
The product is in beta. We work to keep it available, but do not provide an SLA or promise uninterrupted service. The service is provided as available.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect damages where the law allows those limits.
Keep a separate copy of anything important. We maintain backups, but a file that exists in only one place is always at risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute by email. If that does not work, disputes proceed through individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Delaware under its then-current rules. Class actions are not included.
Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief from a competent court to protect intellectual property without first going through arbitration.
We may update these terms. When a material change occurs, we will update the effective date and notify users through the site. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
